Complaints
The purchaser must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and immediately notify d.stulz@nabanskincare.com of any delivery defects or damage. Otherwise, the goods are considered to be in perfect condition and accepted by the customer.

Withdrawal
The buyer can cancel the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period for exercising this right begins on the day on which the goods arrive at the buyer.

Consequences of revocation
The buyer must return goods already delivered UNOPENED at his own expense. Opened or used goods will not be returned.

Please return the goods to: NABAN GmbH / Konstanz 1 / CH-6023 Rothenburg

Payments already made will be refunded by the provider. If the delivery has already taken place, the refund will only be made after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Ownership
Until full payment has been made, the goods remain the property of NABAN GmbH, Konstanz 1, CH-6023 Rothenburg.
