General Terms and Conditions AGB

General
These GTC apply to all deliveries and services of NABAN GmbH. By placing an order or placing an order, the customer declares his full agreement with these General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

Delivery area
Deliveries are only made within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Delivery time
Deliveries are usually made within 2-5 working days. If we do not have an item in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the recipient.

Shipping costs
You can rest assured that your items will be sent to you reliably and promptly. You only pay the shipping costs of CHF 9 for deliveries in Switzerland once per order. We do not charge shipping costs for orders of CHF 80 or more.

Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT.

Means of payment/payment terms
We accept payments with PostFinance Card, Visa, Mastercard and Twint.

Complaints
The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report any delivery defects or damage to: d.stulz@nabanskincare.com without delay. Otherwise the goods shall be deemed to be in perfect condition and accepted by the customer.

Withdrawal
The buyer can cancel the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period for exercising this right begins on the day on which the goods arrive at the buyer.

Consequences of revocation
The buyer must return goods already delivered UNOPENED at his own expense. Opened or used goods will not be returned.

Payments already made will be refunded by the provider. If the delivery has already taken place, the refund will only be made after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

Ownership
Until full payment has been made, the goods remain the property of NABAN GmbH, Konstanz 1, CH-6023 Rothenburg.

Data protection
We do not pass on any data to third parties, with the exception of the data required to process your order. The data protection declaration is an integral part of these GTC.

Place of jurisdiction
All legal relationships between the parties arising from and in connection with this agreement shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.
